hey hey hey..sorry for the lack of updates!! well just been enjoying my holidays so far over this festive period..all the goodness, presents, food!!..well it has been a good year in fact i might say but im not going to start on that again now right?
I think ahh...i want to go on strike already because the band members are nto contributing to this blog and they always expect me to do it?i give up...hahahaha...
this is my last post!!after that im going on strike!until somebody does something!!..

Bus Company and the year that was.. 2007...

It all begin ever so brightly for us at the start of the year with our first major break happening all the way in KAJANG NOTTINGHAM uni..that was the start of something for us bus.co im sure me and sam can testify to that man..writing songs..getting gigs ready..practises..travelling..
everything possible we knew this was going to be something BIG..BRIGHT..YELLOW..hahaha..

SUPERBLY awesome GIG..will never forget it..the crowd..the fans..the friends..the bond..

Then came the most boring of boring gigs..hahaha..hotel wans..no table..no food..no nothing..hahaha..sit on floor all..but we had our "eyes on the prize!"

PERFECT CHILD then stepping on-board..for a NOTTINGHAM ENCORE..

WHAT IF was born..my goodness this song has carried us so so far now..

Two New additions to the band brought something fresh and new to the band..

then came our toughest challenge yet..!! BOB auditions..the entire experience of this BOB is going to go to my grandsons..one day..

MRSC!!..what if man..what if..

The pinacle of my life..words still cant describe how i feel..!!

AND look how far we've come now in just a matter of months..

NOW as we usher together into the new year, im somehow pretty much looking forward to see what GOD has planned for us now because the entire of 2007 we were trying to build a platform for bus company. I just cant wait and see what 2008 has in store for us with GODS plans and future we proclaim this entire band into his hands. Like we said in our own songs.."my future and my hope, I surrender all i know.." so we bring this 2008 into your hands as you continue to bless us and cover us as we make it into the world for you.

I mean im sure miracles can happen right?why not?we've already been turning heads and making waves I dont see anyone stopping us except for our own downfall and pride. LUCKILY we got choi ye on our hands to say her fav line "come back down to earth"..hahaha..OPENING for SWITCHFOOT?TOUR AROUND MALAYSIA?AN ALBUM?MEDIA WORK?REACHING OUT?why not?if GOD willing im sure all things are possible..

Its been about a week now already since the DAY we became BOB 2007 champions. Im still coming into terms that we are who we are and where we are at now, the feeling is indescribable from the very moment we got there for sound check at 9 am. To our onstage performance rocking it 'bus.co' style to that very second when they were announcing the winners. I still hold that so very clearly in my mind. Everyone was holding hands or hugging or something when the last 30 secs were slipping away as Liang passed the mike to KennySia and i just couldnt stand to bear the news if we had not gotten TOP 3 coz my money was just for the TOP 3 and they already announced the 2nd and 3rd winners as well as the jingle. WALKING AWAY EMPTY HANDED would have crushed us. Yet i know it was still tough coz i remember 21st and Maria's did put on a good show and gave us a run for their money.

THE VERY SECOND I HEARD THE "BBBUUSS..." from KennySia, I knew it was GODs will and GLORY. The feeling was................it was just for that very few seconds while everyone was screaming, shouting, jumping around with joy I knew GOD has instilled something amazing into this band from the very first moment we said "YES" back those days in life college to us right now...this is now our generation, our time and if not now then when?

UNTIL right now..i still feel so surreal and every morning i wake up i think to myself..did we really win?and then i look at my NEW PHONE..hahaha..YES we WON!!..but its been a good ride so far with everyone in the band we have gelled and conquered so much in such a short amount of time?why you ask?coz we all love GOD and MUSIC and thats our common passion and goal we want to reach out to you..

i WANT to give a BIG BIG shout out now to everyone helped us achieve what we have achieved because you guys with the support and love from facebooks..to friendsters..to making BUSSES and BANNERS..everything under the sun you name it!WE WILL NEVER EVER forget you guys and contribution you have made..
"so stop giving the most cliche of sayings -> eh dun forget us when your famous"

but just a heads up to all you fans out there and people who are looking for something..
we are currently on like 'a holiday' now after the bussiest of months beginning al the way from the BOB auditions in akarkaya till it being over last week we can now finally breathe a sigh of relief..but good also end on a happy note compared to it being over and not getting anything out of it..confirm CRY la emo all..hahaha..
so just in case no further band events until the new year k?we need the rest..haha..

oh and after mondays HITZ.FM interview and for those who missed it you have sinned..hahaha..nahhh..just kidding..
were going to be featured now next in NSTP about BOB and the band..i dunno when but we will update you guys k?its within the next couple fo weeks..

Whaddup homeboys and homegirls?! Sudah makan belum?

Anyways, I'm guessing almost half of you guys caught us on radio two nights ago right? But what you missed was a peek inside the studio with us and hottie DJ Hunny.

So today is your lucky day! Thanks to Bus Co.'s official telecommunication service, Nokia 5310 Xpress Music, it made it tangibly possible for us to take home the events that went on in the radio station so that you guys can enjoy too.

Don't you just love win-win situations? =) =)

It was really nerve-wrecking at first, but we figured we needed to 'me-WOOO-SAAA-kan' ourselves so we performed our dancing ritual in the studio itself! It was really fun. Hunny made us feel really at home. She's so spunky! She has a band too. A jazz band though.

Ohh just so you know that not everything is live in radio stations. It's approximately 15 minutes delayed or so.

But for our accapella though, *sorry for the pitching problems* it was live live! When she counted us in, ohh my goodness. You should've seen the look on our faces. Closing our ears to try to get our pitches right. Really scared the BERGORILLA out of us man!

It's not it yet! I've got more good news! For those who totally missed out on our radio interview, our friend, Jonathan Chandra practically sat down beside the radio for that whole hour just to record it down. WE LOVE YOU LAHHH BEB!! NAK NAIK MOTO?



Thanks guys once again for tuning in and supporting us. We really appreciate all the text we got before and after the interview. You guys are true rockers at heart! =)

Ohh yaa. Special thanks to Darren Ashley for cancelling your transport ticket to Thailand just to make it for this interview. We wanna thank Darren's family especially for understanding as well. This is a whole testimony itself. We'll tell you guys all about it and moreeeee soon!

That's two competitions in a row dudes! We're on a role! And i'm too lazy to switch the font back so im gonna keep writing this way! Thats about RM7,000 more for the band in one month!....for doing what we love doing?! You gotta be kidding!!

TOMORROW THE BIG DAY!!...

arguably the biggest day of our "band life" so far..and as a musician too..this is almost a dream come true itself to me personally..cant wait cant wait..this event has seriously drained every last drop of strength physically and mentally that we have left man..but without working hard at what you love, you will never reach the MAGIC MOUNTAIN..kudos to everyone i salute you guys out there the fans, the friends, the blessings and prayers..THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING..now the rest is up to us for that just 15 minutes on stage to repay the faith and believe that you have shown in us..and i know we WILL NOT DISAPPOINT you..

Well honestly coming into this competition i know myself that it was such a big task at hand something we have never experienced before..the news..the TV..the EXPOSURE..now its finally a reality..seriously super stress man we had such a long long time to even choose our TWO final songs as a lot of different opinions and choices came into conflict and we kept changing our songs almost every other practise and that was really just adding the burden..BUT the moment we finally agreed on our TWO songs which i will not say out now..come on that day and be amazed and get ready cause make sure you got your ROCK shoes on to ROCK with us know i dunwan to see you people out there stand and stare only, the least you could do at least move your feet la?hehehe..i cant wait for all of these to over man tomorrow..but it is definately going to be an experience of a lifetime for me personally and i bet for the band too..

I'm seriously super stress now at the moment..BOB is just a week away and still so many decisions and questions still left unanswered..GOD please give us the wisdom and strength to do this I really need it now..AM FEELING SO DRAINED from this competition as to the amount of effort for practises, petrol, time, money, travelling, planning, calling, shopping!.."speaking on behalf of the band"..CRAZY wei!!
haihz..but without a little hard work and perseverance it wont get you anywhere right?
well if this the lifestlye that we want..we got to work hard at it man..
